Nicole started the business in Fredericton, New Brunswick, her home town, where she offers for rent beautiful long term rental apartments in the city. She has been passionate about the real estate industry since being a child through dominating the game of Monopoly. Today, she plays the real life game with years of industry knowledge. NN Properties is a family run business that embraces its tenants, guests, clients, service and maintenance staff and partners like extended members of the family. In 2015 Nicole relocated to British Columbia and has expanded the business into short-term rentals, vacation rentals and land leases.
